All you have to do is complete a short profile application which you can pick up at one of the following locations: ISR Director’s Office, SRC Director’s Office, The Top of the I, and Perry School (ICPSR Main Office and SRO Atrium) or on this web site under the Forms link. Completed applications should be returned to room 1315 SRC Director’s Office.
